Is this document correct that Syslog is limited to MX, MS, and MR devices and does not include MG, MV…?

Yes
Simply out of curiosity, what kind of syslog information/messging would you like to have gotten out of an MV camera? Or MG gateway?
Rather that creating a new list, this configuration guide for Catalyst Cellular Gateways provides a nice summary of syslog information. I was just a little surprised that there was no syslog functionality.
And here’s a comparative example for Cisco Surveillance Cameras:
You can see how 99% of those syslog messages make no sense in a cloud-orchestrated camera though.

Thanks so much. This is helpful that it's available via the API, but to collect this in an environment with 1,000+ Meraki Networks (even every 10 minutes) would use a considerable percentage of the rate limit. I've asked for this to be added as an org-level call, so we could do this at enterprise scale.
To clarify, the camera and cellularGateway events are not available via Syslog but are available via the Dashboard API?
Thanks so much!!!
