Make a wish for that and I'll do the same, for example on the Network Wide > Clients page in addition to a download option have an email option and a schedule option like you would have on the Summary Reports page. The monthly export you're asking for is not built into Dashboard by default but you could leverage the API and have a script run monthly to pull both client data and location analytics.
