Renewal of Licenses

We found that we had unlicensed products, and worked with our reseller to get licenses for devices in production. 

I have a contract, but yet to have received any licenses. 

From the contract I was told I would be getting a license, and even our reseller says that, but have yet to see any licenses (even in junk folder).  

Generally how far behind is licensing after renewal? 

We renewed about mid September.

Hi @fkeough , you should be looking at approx 48 hours for any license.

Hi @fkeough , just to reiterate, if you’ve placed your order on your reseller then it looks like they haven’t placed their order on distribution and Cisco.  It shouldn’t take 2-3 weeks.

I'd reach out to your Meraki sales rep if above is the case to ensure the reseller put in the order. I've experienced this before and the reseller had forgotten to put the order in w/ Cisco. Meraki rep advised me that they had not, and I made some phone calls to the reseller that went as expected 🙂
