Meraki not giving correct internet connection loss

I have been facing this problem from the start of working on Meraki where sometimes in the WAN Health one of the internet connections shows no connections even when it is working and it was usually fixed buy restarting the gateway, and I have been ignoring it as it it not worth anyone time to fix hoping it will be resolved in a software update
however in the past week the 2 internet connection are always showing no connection and the loss is 100% for both, they are working, as we are using 2 4G lines as internet I need to frequently check if there is a problem with one of the connection and this is not allowing me to know if there is a problem with one of the lines or not Loss.PNGOffiline.PNG
