Meraki Splash Page Sign-on with SAML option is not visible. Or is there such an option? I just saw some online procedures while testing some SSO apps like OKTA. But it wasn't there.

Yes, that's also what I know.

There is no "ign-on with SAML option for Splash Page in Meraki. SAML is not supported for user authentication in captive portals. It only appears in Dashboard SSO and AnyConnect VPN settings.
