Meraki Dashboard and hosted services appear down

MSP Dashboard login was very slow (2-3 minutes after entering MFA code)

Once logged in, we are unable to open dashboards for about 2/3 of our clients

VPN authentication is also down for the same clients that we are unable to access dashboards.

I see no alerts in the dashboards we can access and I have been on hold with Meraki Support for 25 minutes.

 

Can someone please provide a status update and ETA for service restoration?

And, just like that, with no explanation, Meraki services (VPN and Dashboard, at least) are working again.

Could have just been that one shard, I haven't noticed any issues this morning. 

I'm not so sure about the single shard hypothesis. When services were down last week the outage affected only one client. This time at least 6 were affected, including that one client from Friday. So maybe but I would have expected few clients affected by a single shard outage.
