MX-100 keeps on disconnecting / become unavailable

MX-100 keeps on disconnecting/become unavailable. anyone here knows whats the problem to our MX-100.

 

We are encountering firewall unavailable unable to reach.etisalat SOK internet accounts info 222.jpgwe need to turn it off for a few minutes and then turn it on again to reconnect internet in our network.

 

Can anyone help me to resolve the issue.

The most obvious answer is your Internet circuit is going down.

What sort of Internet circuit do you have?

Call support and have them make sure it's not rebooting due to a bug. I've had a couple of those lately 😞

Sir we have a good power supply it is connected into UPS other server connected to the UPS does not have any power issues. its on the device firewall only.

What he meant was contact support and ask them for the up-time. Not a physical power issue, but rather a software issue causing it to reboot frequently etc. The only way to know is to have support verify up-time, because the up-time column that they can see but we as customers cannot (this is actually true), is simply too much information for our eyes to handle so they won't let us see it.
