Why is it telling me that the network has been disabled when the license status is OK?
As far as I can tell, I have the license that I need.

Seen this once myself after moving devices between networks although I was current. I can´t recall how I managed to solve myself so check your orgs networks again and/or call your rep as suggested by @SoCalRacer
Any chance you got a trial and didn't return it?
