Kind of a big deal

How do you mean? What specifically is not working during the internet failure?

Even if you are only trying to access a local resource if DHCP, DNS or something else that is a dependency is only available over the WAN you could be effectively down even if internet is not strictly required for the specific use case.

If you statically IP things do they work? What is doing the DHCP? Does whatever it is support working without internet?

Meraki Switches do not shut down during an outage but you may have something else that is doing so

MS switches should work as normal during an internet outage. However other devices might have issues if DHCP and DNS is provided via a site to site VPN.

EDIT, I realised by original comment might have been difficult to understand

Hi ,

DHCP and DNS are locally provided and  everything configured on Firewall. Is it effect if firewall become offline ?

Even switch management IP is also from firewall (DHCP)

If the firewall remains up then it should be providing the IP addresses to the devices and they should continue to work locally.  What do you see on the switches when the internet goes down? i.e. light on front panel, lights on ports, can you ping the management IP, can two devices that can normally ping each other still do so, do they retain IP addresses etc.?
