Is there a way to script Meraki Email alert templates

I work for an MSP and recently discovered the global network template does not copy the email alert rules to a new organization. Updating this manually will be quite tedious. I know you can copy this to a new network under an organization but this is not retroactive. Any help would be appreciated, otherwise this is a long arduous process that seems short sighted by Meraki programmers.
