UPDATE: I finally got thru to tech support after an hour on hold. Appears that the issue was with my customer number so it was not widespread. TNX

Greetings all,
I am trying to reach Meraki Support to discuss an MR18 AP with issues.
I have attempted to open tickets thru the portal but they simply disappear when I submit them and never show up on the stack. I attempted to call but they keep telling me my customer number cannot be found. Finally I try to go on hold without a customer number and I have been on hold for nearly 45 minutes.
Anyone???
