Getting cellular is active in few of the site

Hi Everyone,

All of our sites have fibre connection and then cullular as a backup. I am getting cellular is active in few of our sites. When I checked the settings, both WAN and cellular are active.  My setting is to have both up but WAN is preferred uplink and it has graceful change of uplink to cellular if WAN fails. 

But, looks like that is not the case. 

1. Why can I see cellular is active in some sites even though WAN is up?

2. How can we tell from where the traffic is going ?

You can have sticky flows with gracefull failover. You could do a packet capture on that port to see what traffic is still active
