Failed to establish mTLS session to catalyst.meraki.com on my C9200L switch when onboarding to cloud

I am getting this error on my Catalyst 9200L switch when  trying to onboard on Meraki dashboard "Failed to establish mTLS session to catalyst.meraki.com "  The switch is compatible and in a ready status to connect to the cloud;

You have followed all of the steps here?:

Can the switch resolve that url?

Does it have DNS configured as per the documentation? What do the logs show? Is your firewall allowing the traffic?

Thank you for the prompt response. The switch can ping the meraki.dashboard.com.

 

The logs l am getting from the Firewall are as follows;

Do you have any transparent proxies, or anything doing TLS inspection?

 

Can the 9200L ping catalyst.meraki.com?

That will verify that you have DNS working and at least IP connectivity.

 

Does the 9200L have about the right date and time on it?

Dear Phillip,

 

I can ping the url meraki.dashboard.com from the switch, l do not have any proxies , l have also bypassed tls inspection on my firewall. I also corrected the time which was wrong . I keep getting TLS
