China Meraki Dashboard Not Working

Unable to log into the Chinese Meraki Dashboard the last almost week.  It says, "Encountered an error while sending SMS. Please try again".  Same happens to collegues around the globe on our team and tried on multiple devices.  Any assistance is appreciated.

You will need to contact support. If you can't access your own account there is no way for anyone else outside of support to turn 2FA off and even if you can access your account only they can look into the texts not arriving.

Highly suggest switching to a 2FA app once you regain access to the account.

It is not a recovery thing. Its broken. Cisco needs to fix it.

Agree with you @TBHPTL and we are actively looking into it. I'll update this thread once we confirm it is resolved.

Thanks so much as this works now!!!  Can you clear my colleagues too since they have the same as I did?  Klemm and Merkle

Glad to hear @Spitzner . It was not a situation where we had to clear users individually and the fix to the service resolved the issue for all users at the same time.

I can confirm that wis corrected with my admins. We didnt have to clear any list or approve any resets. Did  nothing or reset anything, other than attempt to log in via meraki.cn
