Sounds similar to the issues on the 10th.  If still having issue make sure to open a case.  the https://status.meraki.net/ dosn't seem to get updated unless several people are calling in. 
 
If you don't have your support ID to open a new case just use an old case or you will get stuck in the IVR.
And because its hard to find when dashboard is down.
