Can't login to Go account because of Existing Dashboard Account

I needed to manage a switch and I setup a Dashboard account (not knowing I actually needed a Go account) and then a Go account.  But, now when I try to login to the Go account, I get the error "Your Meraki Dashboard credentials do not work for Meraki Go. You must log in with a Meraki Go account".

 

I assume the solution would be to delete the Dashboard account.  But, I can't even log in to the Dashboard account because I get the error "Your Meraki Go networks can only be managed from the mobile app.
Download the Meraki Go app on your mobile device and log in using this account."

 

Any thoughts on how to remove a Dashboard account?

I believe that you used the same email to create both accounts. You may ask another admin to delete your account from the Meraki dashboard. I hope that you have a backup admin 🙂
