@JAIROJASH Welcome to the Meraki community! If you're looking for Meraki mentors, I'd say you have come to the right place! To get started with learning the Meraki APIs, I would suggest a few "homework" items and then get started on some labs and post any questions if you get stuck.
First I would suggest watching a webinar recording, such as this one https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qxhq8lbaAKw to get a general overview of the Meraki APIs. I assume you're referring to the "Dashboard API" in particular (there are others such as location analytics, splash page, MV Sense). For the Dashboard API you can then read through some of the documentation, such as this https://documentation.meraki.com/zGeneral_Administration/Other_Topics/The_Cisco_Meraki_Dashboard_API
Then I would suggest you start exploring on Cisco DevNet here https://developer.cisco.com/meraki/ and you will notice there are self-paced tutorials and labs. Check here https://developer.cisco.com/learning/tracks/meraki and proceed though the guided content and labs.
