From time to time, we'll make announcements here in the "Community Announcements" blog about updates to the community - new features, contests, upcoming events, etc. Here's the first!
We've just added Top Kudoed Authors leaderboards to each board; now you can see who has posted the most helpful content within, say, Wireless or Security, as well as across the entire community.

But what's a kudos? (or is it kudo?)
Giving kudos is a way to provide positive feedback to another member. If you find a post particularly helpful or interesting, click the below the post to say thanks and to let the author know that you appreciate their efforts. Community members who receive the most kudos will appear in the leaderboards.
(As a side note, there seems to be some disagreement as to whether the singular of kudos is kudo; decide for yourself!)
Why the new leaderboards?
Prior to this, you could only see top contributors across the entire community; we want to start highlighting experts within each board.
Who are those experts?
Congrats to our current per-board kudos leaders!
We're curious to know what you think of this change; let us know in the comments!
