Putting yourself out there takes courage! Especially on a public forum for the world to see. That’s why, this week, we want to recognize the brave folks who take the plunge and make their first post on the Meraki Community. 

Everyone who posts for the first time this week (12am EST Monday, November 11 to 11:59pm EST Sunday, November 17) will be entered into a drawing to win one of 10 Meraki Swag Packs. 

What counts as a post, though? New forum topics, replies, and comments on blog articles all will earn you entry to the contest, so long as your post contains content and follows the community guidelines.

If you’re in need of some inspiration, here are a few easy ways to participate:

• Introduce yourself or welcome a new member to the community on our Member Intros board. 
• Share your favorite joke on our Networking Jokes thread. 
• Ask a question in one of our product boards.
• Check out the unanswered questions to see if you can lend a hand.
• Ooh and ahh over the projects in our Projects Gallery.

Some of our clients have communication infrastructure, without monitoring included, and need to implement monitoring and management systems for their equipment. and whether they migrate to a cloud management system or have to do a new implementation to be able to have that management from the cloud. In both cases, they will have to purchase licensing and even buy more infrastructure to be able to manage and monitor their wireless infrastructure. And Meraki has it native since you put in the 1st AccessPoint. That is why one of the best Wireless Technologies is Meraki, without thinking about it. More practical, more accessible and more efficient. At the end of the day they are Cisco.

Never be scared to reach out to the community. I have been around computers since 1978, working full-time in IT since 1999, and am an alumnus of the Cisco Networking Academy. However, I still get lost in the Meraki GUI. 

Also the question you ask, others may be thinking of how to word the same question and you may help out a dozen people in doing so.

I have just finished my training on Meraki Platform and products, and I must say Meraki makes Networking simple.

IT took me almost 6 months to get my new colleuges to understand that when we sell sollutions to our customers and they are a SMB customer, or a big one in Swedish measures ( still a cisco smb ), there is only one brand that will be easy to install and maintain, so that they get more time allocated to do the things they should do and that is to improve the customers busniess instead of putting out fires due to other brands "network" devices...

Now the mantra in the corridors are if you want it to work , use meraki... 🙂

We had a large PoC with another brand that ended up with the server guys saying, no we need the Meraki solution to this, and that was without my input ... 

Well I got to go on now only 7800 more colleuges to convert...
