I took the Campus Gateway course. It's presented well and explains the advantages it offers. This will be great for organizations trying to use the same strategy as other vendors using WLC based deployments, such as traditional Cisco, and an improvement over tunneling to an MX in many scenarios.

I just finished the Introducing Cisco Campus Gateway module and feel it was a great introduction to a New Meraki Product! I specially appreciate the followup email after completion providing me links to content I just completed. I wish these learning tracks counted towards BlackBelt / Enablement points in Cisco Parter 360 / PVI.

I just completed the "Meet AI Assistant for Networks" course.
The training is very clear, simple, and streamlined, with very concrete examples. It's excellent for troubleshooting task and implementations.
Perhaps more complex use cases or a list of helpful tips for beginners could be added.

One more thing: could you clarify whether chats created by an administrator can be viewed by others admins and/or shared?

Took "Introducing Cisco Meraki Cloud-First Wireless".  Gave a good indication that the newer APs would be worthless for our organization as they are designed for uses that we are not and will never use.  Gives the impression that we would be better off moving to a different provider as Cisco is focusing on useless to us technologies.

@medsss We wish we didn't have to limit the list of countries we can send prizes to! The Eligible Countries list is set by Cisco (not by the Meraki Community); restrictions are based on certain tax and custom requirements that some countries have for importing giveaway items that make it prohibitive to ship there.

I have completed the training titled "Introducing Cisco Meraki Cloud-First Wireless". The session was highly informative and provided valuable insights into Meraki’s innovative wireless solutions.

Several features particularly stood out to me:

  • Multi-Link Operation (MLO): Enables improved performance and reliability by allowing simultaneous data transmission over multiple frequency bands at once.

  • Software-Defined Flex Radio: This feature allows Meraki APs to operate in either 5 GHz or 6 GHz mode, effectively future-proofing WLAN deployments.

  • Air Marshal: A powerful wireless intrusion detection system that helps identify and mitigate rogue access points within the network.

  • Dual Ethernet Ports with LACP: Supports link aggregation for redundancy and enhanced reliability, including PoE sharing with redundant mGig uplinks.

  • Layer 7 (L7) Firewall Filtering: Enables granular application-level traffic control directly at the AP.

  • Intelligent Packet Capture: Facilitates advanced troubleshooting by capturing packets directly from the AP.

  • AI/ML-Based Radio Resource Management (RRM): Automatically tunes radio settings based on real-time environmental scanning to optimize performance.

Overall, the training gave a comprehensive view of Meraki’s cloud-first approach and its robust wireless capabilities.

I decided to complete the "Operating Cloud Networks for Managed Services" modules as its been a few years since I passed my CMNO and we are also a Cisco Gold Provider with 3 Meraki Powered Services so it was a good fit to learn more about operation as it pertains to MS.

Content was great. I enjoy the direction Cisco/Meraki are going with their e-learning whether it be black belt or learning hub. Only thing I would ask for is somehow getting learning hub content integrated in your EN PVI in Cisco 360. I would love if learning hub and black belts both counted because both are very valuable!

I’m pleased to share that I have successfully completed all modules of Cisco Meraki through the Cisco Black Belt Academy, which provided structured, in-depth training across the entire Meraki ecosystem. This learning journey has significantly strengthened my understanding of cloud-managed networking solutions and their practical application in enterprise environments.

Through this program, I gained hands-on knowledge and experience with:

  • Meraki Dashboard: Centralized, cloud-based platform offering real-time network visibility, device management, and monitoring across all sites.
  • Meraki MX (Security & SD-WAN): Configured Auto VPN, firewall rules, threat protection (AMP & Umbrella), traffic shaping, and policy-based routing for secure, optimized WAN connectivity.
  • Meraki MR (Wireless): Set up SSIDs, RF profiles, client insights, Layer 7 firewalls, and guest access with splash pages.
  • Meraki MS (Switching): Managed VLANs, port configurations, STP, virtual stacking, and performed advanced troubleshooting using packet capture and cable testing.
  • Meraki MV (Smart Cameras): Deployed intelligent video surveillance with motion search, zone-based alerts, and cloud-based storage without NVR dependency.
  • Meraki Systems Manager (MDM): Enabled device enrollment, security policies, application management, and geofencing for mobile endpoints.
  • Meraki Insight: Analyzed application and WAN performance to identify issues impacting SaaS apps and user experience.

Overall, Cisco Meraki offers a simplified, scalable, and secure approach to network management—ideal for modern, distributed enterprises. The platform’s zero-touch provisioning, robust API support, and seamless integration across networking and security components make it a strong fit for cloud-first organizations.

This training has further enhanced my technical capabilities in cloud networking, and I look forward to applying this knowledge in real-world deployments
