We have noticed a lot of unknow reboot for our Meraki solution (approx 2-3 mins). It happens 4-5 times a month. Event log has some Reboot (Lost Power).
MG21 is Running version is 3.101
MX67 is running vesion 18.107.7
ex:
Cisco: Meraki [API] Meraki uplink state changed to not connected
Cisco: Meraki [API] Meraki uplink WAN state changed
Cisco: Meraki Device offline
Is there any bug related to those firmwares for unknown reboot ?
I suggest you raise a case with Meraki Support, if you didn't already.
Does it show any firmware upgrades that have been done?
I would upgrade the MX to the current stable firmware, 18.211.2.
Anything under Network-Wide/Events?
Are the reboots happening around a particular time, like 2am? Perhaps it is utilities doing maintenance.
No firmware upgrade performed. The reboots are not happening on a particular time (random time). I am trying to find trending or root cause.
Also the currently stable firmware for the MG is 3.102. I would try upgrading to that as well. It specificlly lists a reboot issue as being resolved.
@Sebast Contact Cisco Meraki technical support. You may have defective devices that need RMA. Have them diagnose the issue with you further and they'll determine what the next steps are.
Will do. I have also found this post where power adapter may have an issue. https://community.meraki.com/t5/Full-Stack-Network-Wide/New-power-adaptor-connection-issue/m-p/22249...
