MX64 half the Internet speed on local network

We have a site with 500MBps internet connection through fiber, the connection from ISP router gives same speeds when direcetly connected by when we check the speed from the MX64 where it is direcetly connected to the ISP router, it gives half of the actual speed. is related to any limitations or it is normal for MX64?

The MX64 is software limited to 250Mb/s..

As already highlighted the MX 64 is your issue.  You require either the 67 or 75 especially if you’re running the Advanced Security features.
