Can't order vMX advanced security license

My customer's organization MX license tier is advanced license.

We ordered vMX enterprise license since our customer used enterprise license 2024.

We failed license renewal and I find out that vMX license tier must be same with MX license tier.

So we try to reorder the vMX license.

But I can't find vMX advanced license.

 I know I have to order LIC-VMX-S-SEC-3Y but i can't find it.

I forget something wrong??

I believe the vMX is a flat license (enterprise) and can be used within an org that’s running Adv licensing.

That changed earlier this year with 19.1. They added SEC to vMX and made it mandatory for SEC or SDW orgs to have SEC vMX.

The skus definitely exist, we loaded some in a deal yesterday. I'd check again today and if not, ask your disti rep or the relevant Cisco AM if they can help. I've definitely heard of CCW errors where skus briefly disappear.

Yes.. I find SKU in datasheet, but I can't find in CCW.

It might be errors..

vMX Licenses are as follows: 

• vMX-Enterprise: LIC-VMX-S/M/L-ENT-[X]Y 

• vMX-Advanced-Security: LIC-VMX-S/M/L-SEC-[X]Y 

X= Number of Years

Yes, I find vMX license's SKUs.

But I can't find it at CCW...

Something wrong with CCW.

My Sales team contact with Meraki AM, but he can't find SKU ether on Thursday.

Meraki AM told he would talk with other guys. 

I think something wrong with SKU search in my regions and it will be fixed soon.

Otherwise you could try the "Meraki Click of Faith".

Type in the SKU, and just click Add, eventhough nothing shows up in the search. This has usually been the case with Meraki SKUs in CCW.
