We require the client name and not the IP address to be used in the reports
We require the client name and not the IP address to be used in the reports. If you choose a Summary Report for client the clients are all reported by the IP addresses making it difficult to distinguish between clients.

As far as I remember it's not possible, the most you'll get is from the name of the device, but for free, see how the Traffic analysis configuration is.
I am not a Cisco Meraki employee. My suggestions are based on documentation of Meraki best practices and day-to-day experience.
