Meraki App and cloud monitoring

Theew seems to be some problem using the Meraki app with cloud monitoring devices in the network.

When I try do onboard a MV2 camera thats added to a network with cloudmonitored switches and wlc, I cant go to the "device" page.

The app just freezes (green screen 🙂 ).

Is it just me who has this problem ?

Do anyone know if this is being looked at ?

Have you tried reinstalling the app? Otherwise I suggest opening a support case.

I am not a Cisco Meraki employee. My suggestions are based on documentation of Meraki best practices and day-to-day experience.

LOL ... it actually worked ... re-installing the ap.

I never saw that one comming, all other orgs, and networks in the app where woring just fine, except the one with the monitored switches and wlc.
