Sorry, I don't speak Japanese, so I'll respond in English... I hope that's okay.
For the MR note the following:
Each network using the integration must have a valid MR Advanced or MR Upgrade + device (Enterprise) license assigned for every access point.
In other words, in order for the MR Advanced/Upgrade License Umbrella integration to work, all access points (if there are more than one) in the Dashboard Network must have a valid MR Advanced or MR Upgrade + device (Enterprise) licenses assigned. You can have networks without Umbrella integration in the same organization.
Regarding the MS please note the following:
In the Co-term licensing model (most existing Organizations), an Organization must either have all MS390 Enterprise or all MS390 Advanced licenses - they cannot be mixed. In the Per-device licensing model, a mix of Enterprise and Advanced can be added to a single Organization, but certain features may require all devices in a Network to have Advanced licenses, e.g. Adaptive Policy.
This is how I understand it: For MS390 you can mix regular and advanced in the same network. But for some features all switches in the network need to have advanced licenses (for example Adaptive Policy).
"All access points in the dashboard network must have a valid MR Advanced or MR Upgrade + device (Enterprise) licenses assigned. If some access points are missing these licenses, Umbrella functionality will be disabledfor the entire dashboard network."
