@Ryan_Miles I did some more testing. I am getting webhook as well as SMS alerts for the other alert types in the default profile but not for sensors going offline. One other factor may be that we are doing this in a network that is bound to a template where other networks we have that are not bound to a template seem to work.

Has anyone successfully received a webhook alert for a sensor going offline? I have configured the default profile to send the alert but in testing have not been able to get the alert to trigger.

I see there is a way to set a schedule ID and Name in an alert profile but is there a way to create/update/remove schedules to apply to the profile?

One final comment on this thread is it appears that you cannot enable/disable any of the alerts including the default sensor alerts if the network is bound to a template.

Thanks for the clarification! Actually, it does appear you can change the default sensor profile settings for a network via the get/update network alerts settings. The settings such as sensorDown, sensorBatteryPercentage etc are returned in the get and I assume you can update the same via the update.

OK. I see where you can use get/update network alerts settings endpoint. Just to be clear, the default alert profile is applied automatically to all sensors in the network or in the org? Also, I don't see how you could use the updateNetworkSensorAlertsProfile endpoint. It needs a profile ID and the put data doesn't line up with the settings in the default profile.
