Are you not using any Firewall (MX)?   This Switch is connected above on Firewall or below?   If Switch is above on Firewall, The ISP Link Cable is connected on 21.   If Switch is below on Firewall (MX), The ISP cable link is on Firewall's Internet Port ( WAN Port).   ... View more
