We are not running Umbrella Virtual Appliance on our LAN, or have any policies set up in the dashboard for the different types of traffic. I'll look into those to see if they'll change anything.   My understanding of integrating Umbrella into Meraki is that it would apply DNS layer security for devices connected to the MX (e.g., Client VPN) or behind it on the local LAN (e.g., Access point). Though this would cover a lot of our user traffic, we'd still like to have DNS layer security for devices that are remote and not connected to the VPN -- hence the need for the roaming client.  ... Again, you're correct!  Went back and looked at the support ticket and it was for the IPsec Client VPN Radius Timeout setting, NOT AnyConnect.  We were testing both options, but opted to disable IPsec VPN and deploy AnyConnect only. ... View more

Ran into this issue yesterday.  Since our VPP account has been migrated to Apple Business, we had to download a new VPP server token from the Apple Business portal at business.apple.com to resolve the issue.   Log in with your Apple ID, then navigate to Settings->Apps and Books  and look for the Download button in the "My Server Tokens"  section in the lower right-hand corner of the page.  Once the token is downloaded, follow the normal VPP token upload process in the Meraki Dashboard and everything should return to normal. ...
