Have you tried removing VLAN tagging from the SSID in situations where AP wired interface is in the same VLAN as the one you want to tag? So for me I was using VLAN 700 as the LAN and 34 for guest, the AP pulled an IP for itself from 700 as I'd configured on the switch side (trunk native VLAN 700, tagged 34 and 700), but it didn't like having the VLAN tagging set for VLAN 700 in the SSID as well.
