Recently I've had issues on the dashboard with agents who have read access to specific tagged networks no longer being able to view APs under the wireless tab I attempted to test this myself by creating an account and giving that account read access to a tag when I go to a network on that account I can see all my Switches but not my APs (Just to note when I open the wireless tab under Access points it does show me the status of my APs for a second and then it loads and says I need to add APs to the network) I am unsure if this is due to my networks being combined or if there is another fix? The current temp fix we've done is given everyone Org read access which is not ideal. Thank you in advance.

Hi, I've just been doing some investigation into the Meraki API and i had a query, As I can see even accounts without Organization access have the ability to generate an API key for the Meraki Dashboard API access. I wanted to find out if these individuals have the ability to utilize this code and if so in what way? Thank you

When attempting to log a case with through the New Case option available through the dashboard my CPU usage skyrockets and the text freezes up and doesn't allow me to continue typing is there a fix for this. I havent had this issue before but it seems something has changed and I am unable to workout how to resolve it.

So I am currently working on a large scale organization with 100s of Networks within it I am looking for a way to speed up new installations and adding Wireless to networks that are currently only Switching. What are the caveats of using Templates for this instance. I've been told that templates will attempt to apply to the entire organization on creation and if a wireless template is used on an existing network it will remove or cause issues with the Switching of the site. Is this the case and if so is there a work around? We are currently using cloning of sites for settings copying purposes. Thank you.
