Hi Andy,   Sure thing! You did take the correct steps; have you tried again since then? Typically it can take up to 15 minutes or so to remove a device from a site's inventory and become available again to re-add to another site.    If you still aren't able to claim it, send the serial number of the device to us at help@meraki-go.com and we'll help you out there.   Thanks,   Art ...
