I did receive a response from support.  They said that an updated firmware is going to be released and that is probably causing the error.  They are going to push the updated firmware early for me to see if it resolves the issue. ... View more

I am getting an error when I check the firmware version of my GX50. It says "Not running configured version" I tried contacting support almost a week ago and I have not received any response. I have tried restarting the device.   Any ideas what this means? ... View more
