We had a similar issue after upgrading to Win 11, PC try to connect to WiFI showing "Can't Connect to this Network" the WiFi uses Radius to authenticate.   Below is the solution that worked for us.     Open Registry Editor with Run as Administrator option Go to path HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Lsa Create a new DWORD LsaCfgFlags and set it to 0 Restart the device.   Hope that helps. ...
