Did you find a solution to this?  We have a CAD beta app and the CAD company is using TestFlight to push the beta app out.  We tried to install it via a managed apple ID but then came across the documentation that stated you can't use a managed apple ID with TestFlight so I made a personal ID just for this.  Signed in on the iPad and accepted the email invite for the beta app but it doesn't seem TestFlight is being allowed to download it. ...
