Hello Team, I hope you are all well. I hope you can help me with a problem I'm having with an EPSON L365 printer. We have this printer at a remote site that previously connected via WPS to the ISP's internet router. Now we've added Meraki devices (MX, MR, MS) to this site. The architecture is simply MX <--- MS <---- MR. We have two MR36 access points and an EPSON L365 printer that won't connect. It always gets stuck on the printer's response screen, and the error message is: - The printer was factory reset to remove the network it was connected to. - It's not receiving an IP address via DHCP (DHCP is configured on the MX). - A static IP address was assigned via a reservation on the MX. - I've restarted the printer repeatedly, but nothing has worked. The wireless network is operating on both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands, and the printer operates on 2.4 GHz. It has a PSK and is connected via a printer VLAN. I see it connected in the dashboard, but it never configures correctly to print the test page. The Mx doesn't block any ports; everything is allowed. It only blocks L7 applications (specific websites). If anyone has experienced something similar, I hope they can share their experience.
