Hi,   I'm trying to bring access our external support to our dashboard. They had previously a client who used Meraki but they don't work any more with this client.   Now, I tried to create the admin account to him but I cannot do that:   "Email ****@****** is already registered with a Cisco Meraki Dashboard account. For security purposes, that user must verify their email address before administrator permissions can be granted here."   I asked them to verify account, they don't remember password and tried to recover it, but they got this error.     So, what can we do? network admin is not available and they cannot verify account.   They don't need any record from Meraki so their account can be deleted and I will bring access as a new account   Thanks!   ... Hi,   I have 56 networks (one per site), some months ago we created a mesh auto-VPN with 3 of them because no more sites required it. Now I need to connect 2 sites, but they are independent from the first group of 3, if I enable on these 2 new sites the mesh VPN, all 5 sites are together but is something that I don't want to do.   Is it possible to create a VPN tunnel as I have right now for 3 sites where all of them are connected, and other different for these 2 new sites? Hi, I'm trying to solve an issue about VPN connection, I use Windows built-in and I'm receiving error 809, what I tried:   registry key AssumeUDPEncapsulationContextOnSendRule added as Meraki tutorial modified properties of VPN adaptor to allow protocols (Security tab) PAP, CHAP and MS-CHAP v2 this computer had other client VPN, uninstalled all + reinstalled WAN Miniports tested with other computer from this network and router source/MX target is not the problem, because other computer connects correctly checked windows updates, everything updated.
