We are seeing this A LOT at the moment- random loss of single MR APs that are still passing traffic. Also recovered a school this morning and three hours later there are still 6 MRs claiming to be offline   Even worse, the Summary page seems to update infrequently- sending you off down a rabbit hole of panic, when all is actually well...   Running 28.6.1   ... Hi- I've just posted about something similar- random drops of APs on the dashboard, showing as offline.   https://community.meraki.com/t5/Dashboard-Administration/Device-check-in-times/m-p/155850#M5776    Also seeing some sites take hours for the status of APs to recover from a connection drop, despite successfully working on site. I know the more recent firmwares have moved away from port 7351 as their main cloud comms:   While Meraki appliances have traditionally relied on UDP port 7351 for cloud communication and TCP ports 80 and 443 for backup communications, with MX 16 we are beginning a transition to using TCP port 443 as the primary means for cloud connectivity. In order to ensure proper connectivity to the Meraki cloud after this upgrade, please ensure that traffic using TCP port 443 between 209.206.48.0/20 is allowed through any firewalls that may be deployed upstream of your Meraki appliances.   but may be overthinking this.... Hi all,   I've been noticing that as each firmware revision is rolled out, our WiFi AP check-in times when we recover a network have slowed dramatically. We've recovered networks and some APs take hours to clear their Offline status, despite functioning perfectly well.   Also, we've seen an increase in random "drops" of devices showing up as offline on the new style Summary page. The APs all perform fine, and often they are showing connected users too, but the status of them still remains as Offline for significant periods of time.   Anyone else, or just us? ... View more
