Have we STILL not got IPv6 support???? All I want to be able to do is VPN into my MX64 from a mobile phone, which unfortunately beyond my control is ipv6! The Error message I get whenever I attempt a client VPN connection: msg: unsupported ID type 5 it's been years now!!!!! COME ON MERAKI!!!!

I had already tried this, but it is the first initial connection to wireless that messes the brain of the Epson up, hence having to set the static IP up first on the printer before connecting.

It is all very strange, but I did manage to solve it.
i had to do a full reset on the printer, then before connecting to any wireless network, set the up address up manually, and then connect to the SSID of the MR33.

I have a Z3 gateway, and an MR33 access point. no matter what settings i put on the SSID of the MR33, my Epson SX535WD printer will not connect properly to the MR33. Yet if I set up an ssid with the same settings on the Z3 it works fine. all other clients and even silly little 2.4GHz boxes (lighting controller, AV Recievers) work perfectly with the MR33, it’s just this Epson that refuses to connect up properly. It connects, but doesn’t get dhcp, and with manual ip settings I can see it try and connect in Meraki dashboard, but doesn’t actually get a successful connection. i want to turn off the Z3 Wireless completely and use the MR33 solely for Wireless.

Cheers, yeah that was my thinking too. Seems a shame, as the Z3 seemed to do the “one box” trick, but am pretty disappointed with it to be honest, especially as far as the WiFi goes.... Band steering doesn’t work well, and I can’t even disable either the 2.4Ghz or 5Ghz radios, and most of my devices only connect by 2.4Ghz. my main use of the Z3 is VPN site-to-Site and had I know the issues before I paid for a 5 year license, I would have opted for an MX64 instead!

I’m having issues extending wireless coverage of a Z3. i have wired in an MR33 and manually entered the same SSID name and settings as the Z3... however, my wireless printer (which can see both access points) does not seem to like this. I understand from the obvious warning in my dashboard that states that the MR33 will not mesh correctly with the Z3, but is there a way to get this to work in tandem with each other? i know I can simply make a “New” SSID with a different name, but I want just one SSID.
