I'm having issues with the SM version 5.8.0 that when browsing through the Managed Apps list on Systems Manager app, the device fails to load and gets stuck in that loop. I have confirmed with the TAC engineer that this is a known issue, and they recommended me to factory reset the device and manually install the SM app to use the lower versions (either 5.7.9 or 5.7.12). However, they did not tell me how to do it. I have been searching the method but I cannot find anything related to it. Since Android won't let you downgrade an app due to Google playstore only posting the latest version of an app on the market, I have to find a way to manual installation. Any assistance or link to the solution will be appreciated. Thanks James
