Yes I found that through REST API seems to be the only solution. The only thing is that if the boss would like to enable the API (Currently disabled).   My idea is to wrote a script which is executed every 5 or 10 minutes (Via cron job ? ) then get the total clients count and update the group policy for the new bandwidth. ...
