Update: Devices running on SM app version 5.2.2 aren't showing correct location. Devices running on SM app version 4.X.X show the proper location. It's definetely a bug from their side ...

@PhilipDAth Just like the other tickets where i'm awaiting an answer. I'm just going to be honest ... The more I use the SM in combination with android, the more I think this will never ever work like it has to work ... Since I have been using the SM, I always had problems. I just want to inform you that there is another case with the status "pending action". Suddenly I was no longer in the possibility to add apps via the SM because the SM search engine is only looking for apps from the German Google Play store ... Never changed a country setting... Already waiting for 4 weeks now ... I'm really losing my patience

@kYutobi Thanks for the reply. I was aware of this option but this doesn't fix my problem. I don't want to set a location via an IP. The problem is that all my devices are only signing in on to locations in my country. The devices are only using the IP method to determine the location.

Since a few days my devices aren't showing the appropriate location anymore... All of these devices are only sending location via IP. Anybody else with the same behavior? Looks like this is happening since the last update of the SM. Device settings haven't been changed and they still use high accuracy to provide the location.

Is the app still listed on the apps page in the system manager? Anyway few weeks ago I deleted an app in that app list but the device was still logging the app as installed. Also received the error that the app wasn't managed. If the app isn't in the list anymore, try to add it again, and afterwards try to sync with your phone. If the app is listed as installed, try to uninstall it again. That helped for me.

@PhilipDAth yes. It's very strange because on my Samsung Y6 everything is working fine. Same network, same profile, same everything, ... thinks this is an ongoing bug or something ...

I have 3 devices in my network: (devices are company owned) - Samsung A3 with android 8.0.0 - Huawei Psmart with android 8.0.0 - Huawei Psmart with android 8.0.0 My devices are perfectly communicating with Meraki. When I push approved apps to my Huawei devices, the apps will be installed without any problem. The samsung device also receives an notification to install the app, but it's doesn't happen automatically. When I try to install it manually the app is telling me that my administrator didn't give me any rights to install this app. Somebody knows why my Samsung device won't install any apps? After I do a factory reset on the device and enroll it again in the same network, the device is installing all the approved apps without any problem. But afterwards when I try to install a new one, it's the same problem.

Hi @PhilipDAth Thanks for your reply. it's a little bit worser then I ever thought. At the moment I deleted an app in the app list of the system manager. It would be normal behavior that the app will be deleted on all the devices enrolled in that network. That's no problem at all, app is deleted. In my system manager the app is still mentioned as installed on the device. So not even uninstalled ... . No matter what I do (sync, reboot, remove the permissions in the Google PlayStore for Work, ...), the system managers keep saying the app is installed on the device. So at the moment I've seen everything: one time the app is mentioned as uninstalled, another time the app is gone like it has to be, and the last times the app stays mentioned as installed. On the device the app is long gone ... . I'm a little bit desperate.

When an app is delete from the app list in the system manager (SM - apps) the app will be deleted from all the devices which have the specific app installed. This is working perfectly. But in the dashboard overview, the app is still listed. Even when I try to remove it, the system tells that the app isn't no longer on the device but the dashboard is still mentioning the app. When you check on the device (SM app), the app is still listed in the managed apps. (Installation isn't possible because no rights). What is going wrong?
