We are seeing a similar issue with our Shoretel/Mitel phones once we upgraded to MS 17.2.1 ahead of the force update. I ended up rolling back to 17.1.3 and everything if functioning correctly. Most of our phones are connected to MS250 switches, but our routing is done on a MS355 stack.
