Not sure if the capabilities client page section shows the actually connected WIFI standard a client is connected at. I'm not aware of any other ways to get that information from the Meraki dashboard. It can be seen on the client device by going to the local status page of the MR access point by navigating to http://ap.meraki.com or http://10.128.128.126/ on the client device if it's connected to a Meraki MR AP. Look out for the "Mode" section on the local status page.
