Client MX67W finally arrived and had to swap out from a temp MX67W.  I didn't update the firmware on the new one (lesson learned).  Upon swapping, the new MX67W (came up as 16.16 FW) when the old MX was on Firmware 17.10.  I was able to remedy the new MX to update properly, but the old MX is only recognized on the new org as having 16.16 version when I know it has the 17.10.  It won't upgrade this MX.  What can I do to remedy? ...
