hello i am trying connect 1 single mode fiber to the Meraki port 25 using 1GB SFP transceiver single mode. LC connector . I cannot get any link light on the Meraki switch. We have tested the line to patch panel and all seems ok . is there any trick on meraki side to get this going ? there is a lack of any commands to assist with any transceiver troubleshooting that i am aware of? We are using 802.1X with custom RADIUS the network connectivity is good i tested all of that i added MY Meraki MR's as RADIUS clients, I set the shared secret. my testing shows the following error in the windows logs Authentication failed due to an EAP session timeout; the EAP session with the access client
