Hi, My MX64 has a bad port. I tried opening a case but it is not working. Port 4 is not giving out DHCP address. I have tried several different cables and devices. Port 4 does not show up under the Per-Port VLAN Setting section under Addressing and VLANs. Please advise.

Nothing that I have plugged in that requires PoE has worked, old or new. The data on the port work but no power.

Hi, My MX65 is not powering anything via the PoE ports. I've poked around and the MX does not display its switch ports like the Meraki switches do. I even used our Netscout to see if the PoE was working and it alwys came back as no PoE. I cannot find anywhere to see if the PoE is on or what the power budget is. I found this post https://community.meraki.com/t5/Security-SD-WAN/PoE-ports-active/m-p/21014#M5069 But is really doesn't answer the question if they are PoE or what you could power. Thanks!

I hope this is the right place to post this. I have several Reolink cameras that use port 9000. They do not work via their app unless I VPN in. Is there a way to open up port 9000 so the cameras will work again? Thanks in advance.

Hi, I've done some searching but have not found what I am experiencing. I have a MX64 set up in the most basic of terms for VPN. I have NAT on and the VPN for clients is enabled with a secret. Authenticating is via a Meraki account. Connecting is not a issue. When I VPN in I cannot get to all my IP addresses. The main network is 192.168.1.xxx. The VPN network is 192.168.2.xxx. I have a VMware server that has an IP of 192.168.1.8. But I cannot access it. I have to remote to another computer on the network to access it. The same is true with some raspberry pi's. I can get to one pi at 192.168.1.41 but I cannot hit 1921.68.1.42. My main switch (which is a Dell) at 192.168.1.50 is not accessible. But if I remote control a Windows client I can get to everything. I have no rules for limits or restrictions set up. I simply want to access my home network from anywhere and hit all my nods. As of a few days ago, I used to be able to access 192.168.1.8 but now I cannot and do not understand why it is being denied over VPN. I have tried this from work, a cellular hot spot, and my android cell phone. Any ideas? Thank you for you help in advance!
