@Ammar-Tanveer01 what adapter is in the other Lenovo laptops?   If this is happening when on battery power try disabling the wireless adapter power management, set it to "Maximum performance"   If this is happening when connected to the power supply then it is the authentication issue you are suffering from, see those threads for suggestions. ...
