Thanks I dont believe they have Insight, typical end user description unfortunately We do 365 as well but not for them, so it could be well how they have it setup Is there anything to look out for within the dashboard everything looks fine Problem is there is so few of them in and getting the right info I have working on teams roll outs where we asked users to log everything time, internal\external who they were speaking to etc, its a bit different with this company
