Our org is seeing the same thing Philip. I have a ticket open with Meraki and they say it is MS and MS says it is Meraki. I'm doing a constant ping to the same datacenter using a different IP and receive 0 packet loss. While, this is not the perfect troubleshooting scenario this does lead me to believe it is Meraki and not MS. Thanks for bringing this up. ... View more
